IGM (International Gospel Mission) was founded in 1980 to reach the unreached people of Northern and Southern India, especially in the small rural villages, where there is no other outreach to the lost. We seek to fulfill the great commission of our Lord. ''Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. (Mathew 28:19,20). We have financial support from believers who help us to reach the unreached people in the state of India.

Rev. K.C. GEORGE
Rev.K.C. the man with a mission
Rev. K.C. George was born in Kerala, India. He attended high school and Bible School there before meeting an marrying his wife, Saramma. Later, he and Sara came to the US to further his education. He studied for and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Education. He was involved with the ministry even before coming to the US. He believes in helping people in the Samaritan Way, reaching out to the lost and wounded with the compassion of Jesus Christ. He founded International Gospel Mission, Inc. to accomplish that goal. IGM is a tax exempt organization. K.C. has served as the president since its beginning. He has a great passion and compassion for the people of India and wishes that all would come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour. |
His desire is to fulfill the "Great Commission". IGM provides for the poor, wounded and needy of India. We feed the poor, build homes, churches and children's centers, help widows and educate children (a better education means a better future for the children). Children are often neglected and our Mercy Children's Centers serves to meet their needs and teach them about the love of Christ. K.C. and Sara are both serving in the ministry along with their children and grandchildren. Together, with their prayer partners and supporters, they are advancing the work of the Kingdom of God in India.
