ABOUT US
IGM (International Gospel Mission) was founded in 1980 to reach the un reached people of Northern and Southern India, especially in the small rural villages, where there is no other out reach to the lost. We seek to fulfill the great Commission of our Lord- '' go there fore and make disciples of all nations,baptising them in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you: and lo,I am with you always,even to the end of the age.(Mathew 28:19,20).We have financial support from believers who help us to reach various people groups in the state of India.
WHAT WE DO
We are following the "Samaritan Way" of living to in order reach the hurting and wounded peiople of India. We are teaching others to love and care for those in need. The ministry is to the unreached to the remote villages of India. In doing this we teach others how to teach Christian princilples and show love to others.
HOW WE DO IT
We train national workers Christian principles. These students visit people's home , they meet people in the market , in the field or places where they work.We train through Bible Schools, and short term training courses. One day seminars are conducted to train national leaders.These seminars challenge them for the work in world missions and how to be effective in the future. IGM gives encouraging help to the workers in the child training centers and to many national workfers and their families. This frees them to reach out to the people of the villages without concern over provision for their families.
Sara George
Along with helping her husband, Sara has a great compassion to help the women and children of India . Both of these groups need encouragement, love and compassion; she works with them to help fulfill their needs and she also teaches them in the areas of morals and how to treat others. She is a dedicated, loving worker for the needy of India .
